NAKHCHIVAN — LIMA & KUJDANE HOUSES
A five-house residential development in Nakhchivan comprising three Kujdane Houses and two Lima Houses, developed and constructed by Orange Studio.
Located in Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan, the project comprises three Kujdane Houses and two Lima Houses, developed through Orange Studio’s integrated design and construction process.
The project began in 2024 and was completed in 2025.
A defining aspect of the development was transforming two internationally known architectural concepts into fully realized physical structures. Orange Studio was responsible for adapting the designs for construction, developing the required technical solutions and carrying the project through execution and final delivery.
The completed development brings together five distinctive residences within a single architectural setting.
